続、jaMailHost-0.3.1をつかっています。

申し訳ありません、お騒がせしました。

現時点で私が追加した行をコメントアウトすると望んだままの
結果になりました。（日本語メールがきちんと送られてくる)
と書いて終わろうとしたのですが
一応詳細経過を書きますとpython2.3.3,Zope2.7.0,COREBlog0.61b,
JapaneseCodecs1.4.10,jaMailHost-0.3.1をすべてソースから
インストールしました。
最初はtitleに文字コードを設定するとはおもわなかったので
空白のままにしていました。
が、UTF-8のままで送られてくることに気づきReadmeを読んで
Titleに'utf-8'を設定しました。
以後、zopeの再起動、もしくはマシン自体の再起動も繰り返し
（jaMailHostの変更が反映されなかったので)それでも望んだ
結果が得られなかったので__init__.py自体を開き54行目以降の
if self.title:
が実行されていないようでしたので
self.title=utf-8
の行を挿入しました。これで実際日本語のメールを受け取れるように
なりました。
とここまで書いて気づいたのでZMIでMail Hostのtitleに空白を設定、
zopeの再起動を行ってテストすると今度はiso-2022-jpのメールが
送られてきます。（本来ならutf-8のメールでくるはず）

わたしは設定を保存しとくつもりでMail Hostのコピーをレネームして使ってました。
で、追試の間コピーをずっといじっていたわけで。
そりゃ反映されるわけないな。
