Nikkiを書いてみよう |
先週行って来ました。久保田酒造。もちろんお歳暮用に。車だから試飲できないのが辛い。
写真はでたばかりという、にごり酒。昨日出来たばかりと言ってた。詳しい人はにごりは仕込みに入ったこの時期しか飲めないとご存じかと思います（あらばしりと言うのも呑んでみたいな）。
これがうまいのなんの。にごりというと大抵甘くて飲めないのだがこれはすっきり辛口。
吟醸にあるような甘い香りとか口当たりがないからたくさん呑める（おじさん連が嫌うのも最近理解できる、最近の吟醸や純米は呑み口甘く、後味辛くと言う傾向一辺倒でどの銘柄呑んでも同じような感覚に陥る）。飲み干したあとに写真を撮ってないことに気付いた。失礼。
もう一本買いに行こう。にごりは瓶のなかでも醗酵を続けるというから一週間経つとまた味が変わってるかも。
